Eligibility
All active paid subscribers of the Madlab platform automatically receive one (1) free entry into each official Madlab giveaway. No additional purchase or action is required to enter.

Entry Limits
Only one entry per paid subscriber is permitted per giveaway. Additional entries will not be counted unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

Prize Non-Transferability
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or other items.

Giveaway Frequency
Major prize giveaways are conducted every second month (bi-monthly), unless otherwise stated. Madlab may also run smaller giveaways at its discretion.

Employees and Family Members
Employees of Madlab and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

Prizes & Shipping
All prizes include free standard shipping to any destination worldwide.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred during delivery are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Liability Disclaimer
Madlab is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, nor for any injury, damage, or loss caused by use or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

Fraud or Abuse
Madlab reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, abusing the platform, or violating these terms in any way.

Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from the pool of eligible paid subscribers. Odds of winning depend on the total number of active entries at the time of the draw.

Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their Madlab account. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

Substitution
Madlab reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Use of Winner Information
By entering, winners agree to allow Madlab to publicly announce their name and/or country (e.g., on the website or social media), unless requested otherwise.

Safety Disclaimer & Age Restrictions

Some prizes may include items that carry inherent risks (e.g. tools, machinery, automotive parts, or remote-controlled vehicles). These items should only be used by individuals of legal age or under appropriate adult supervision, and always in accordance with the manufacturer's safety guidelines and instruction manuals. By accepting such a prize, the winner agrees that they understand and accept all responsibility for its proper and lawful use. Madlab is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, unsafe handling, or failure to follow usage instructions.
